Our XNP Series is designed for the chemical industry. It uses a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) lining to handle corrosive liquids and can be replaced without replacing the pump.
The special stable-bearing pedestal ensures smooth running even in difficult applications allowing for prolonged life of the mechanical seal. Referring to the shaft deflection, this robust design meets the international stanards, especially in case of heavy loads such as starting against open discharge valve, minimum flow rates, maximum impeller diameters and high density liquids.
Leakage losses and wear & tear on the rotary seal rings are kept to a minimum due to the low shaft deflection. The PVDF material permits applications with all aggressive, corrosive, and toxic media. The PVDF lining is encapsulated within a cast iron housing allowing for a sturdy design.
